Due to the difficult nature of the course content and the amount of work required for successful completion, you must apply for acceptance. We have learned in past courses that those who are not willing to put in the work will not succeed. We want to have a successful group, we want everyone to be engaged and involved in the process, and we want everyone to see life transformations. Know that answering these questions will help us to formulate the most cohesive, successful group possible. Please answer questions honestly and to the best of your ability; there are no right or wrong answers.

After submission of your application, course leaders will be in touch via email or phone within one week with additional questions or to notify you of acceptance or approval. If approved, the approval email will include a link to register for the course. Please complete registration as soon as possible once approved in order to confirm your participation in this cohort.
