Chitta Cleanse Technique (CCT)
Online Group Course
Spring 2025 Cohort
APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED!
Thank you for your interest. Our next offering will begin in winter 2026; stay tuned for that!
**************************************************
The CCT process is a deep dive into your subconscious mind, or chitta, with the support of a loving, non-judgmental sangha (community). During this five month long online course, you will learn techniques that will assist you to uncover the truth of why you are the way you are. The ultimate goal of this course is to realize the virtue of the personal traumas you have encountered in this lifetime and to uncover the Self. It is a process of Self-realization. You will learn how to make lasting, impactful changes to the way you handle daily interactions and obstacles without the weight of unwelcome emotions and traumas affecting the present moment.
We will kick off this Spring 2025 CCT cohort during our first live call on Saturday, March 22. During this first class, you will be provided with a homework assignment to be completed prior to the next week’s class. In order to successfully complete the course, it is necessary to complete weekly homework assignments and to watch the pre-recorded videos prior to the next week’s session. During our weekly classes, we will discuss the content described in the videos and homework, answer questions, and participate in partner and group discussions where you may share your personal realizations.
This Spring 2025 cohort will be limited to 20 participants who will be accepted on a rolling basis. Applications are now open! As the course will consist of weekly online calls as well as time at home necessary to complete homework assignments, it does require a time-investment. See list of pre-requisites for course acceptance below.
Live call dates: Saturdays (March 22, 2025 through August 23, 2025)
Live call times: 10:30am - 12:00pm EST
Tuition: $499 USD discounted up front cost OR $108 USD per month for five months (tuition fees go directly to the support of Food4Lives operations)
Prerequisites for Course Acceptance
Willingness to go deep: Must have a desire to uncover your deepest emotions and fears so that they no longer control your life. While fear of uncovering the emotions and traumas may exist, know that a loving community is there to support you through this deep inner transformation.
Time commitment: Be available for most if not all Saturday live calls during the five month course period. Additionally, you should be able to allocate approximately two hours of time per week or more to watching pre-recorded videos and completing homework assignments.
Ability to journal: Journaling and documenting your weekly homework assignments is essential to successfully completing CCT. If you do not already have a regular journaling practice, that is okay; you must have a willingness and openness to journal.
Willing to do the work: You must be willing to put the work into this course in order to get anything out of it. If you sign up and don’t do the work, you will not see any benefits. If you sign up and just go to the classes but don’t do the homework, you will not see benefits. You must be willing to journal and complete homework assignments in order to get anything out of this course. Therefore, journaling and allocating the proper time to completing homework assignments is essential to successful completion. We do not want to waste your time or ours if you are not willing to put the work in.
Openness to sharing: While it is not required to share your weekly realizations with the full group during class, you will be placed into groups of two to three people throughout the course in which you will share your weekly realizations during class time. You should be open to sharing your weekly realizations and journal entries with your yogi-partner(s).
On camera during class: We ask that everyone participating in this course to be fully present and engaged. Therefore, everyone participating should feel comfortable being on camera during class times, especially small group sessions.
Oath of confidentiality: Participants must sign an oath of confidentiality, to be provided at registration. We require this so that all participants of the course feel comfortable sharing within the group and small group settings, with no fear that someone in the course will repeat what they have shared.

CCT Group Course FAQs
Q: I may need to miss a class from time to time. Will classes be recorded?
A: We recommend that you attend all classes, if possible. In the event you are unable to attend a scheduled class, please email us at sangha@chittacleanse.com so that we can plan accordingly. We will likely record classes, but it’s recommended to be present live for as many classes as possible. If you know there are specific classes you will not be available for, please share that in your application.
Q: Do I really need to do all the homework?
A: If you do not feel fully committed to doing the work, the chitta cleanse will not demonstrate results. Therefore, it is highly recommended to attend classes and to do the weekly homework assignments in order to benefit from the chitta cleanse process.
Q: What if I decide chitta cleanse isn’t for me, but I’ve already registered?
A: We do prefer that only those who are absolutely serious about completing the course sign up, as leaving will disrupt the group energy. That said, your subscription to the course can be canceled upon request. If for some reason you are unhappy with the calls or are unable to continue attending, please reach out to sangha@chittacleanse.com and we will work to either rectify the issue or cancel your order. Refunds for cancelations will be issued as requested and prorated based on the upcoming month of cancelation.
Q: I am concerned about sharing personal information with strangers. Should I still sign up?
A: One of the fundamental guidelines of the course is that we adhere to a “no judgment” policy as well as a rule to maintain confidentiality within the group. That means no sharing of recordings that include other participant’s realizations and sharing. Many weeks we will break into groups of two to three people to share our personal realizations; it is highly recommended to participate in the small group sharing in order to help overcome your past traumas. Large group sharing is not required, but recommended when it occurs so that leaders can understand how each participant is handling the course. This loving sangha is meant to fully support you throughout the chitta cleanse process; you may even develop close relationships with other participants due to the non-judgmental nature of the deep sharing. If you have further questions or concerns, please email us at sangha@chittacleanse.com and we will be happy to address them.
Q: I have no experience journaling, can I still participate?
A: Yes, as long as you are willing to put in the work and time commitment necessary, we welcome your participation. If you have a fear of writing down your deepest feelings and emotions, please discuss that with us so that we can together determine the probability of overcoming the obstacle. We do recommend practicing journaling (even journaling in detail five things you are grateful for), to see how you do prior to applying for and registering for the course.
Q: What are the next steps after I submit my application?
A: Course leaders will review your application and upon approval, email you a link to register. If you are not approved for the course, we will reach out either via phone or email with details and possible next steps. If you are accepted, we recommend registering for the course as soon as you receive the link to register, as the course is limited to 20 people. Note that you will also be required to sign an oath of confidentiality upon registration.
Q: When should I apply?
A: Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in participation, please send your application as soon as possible, as we will limit registrations to 20 people.
Q: Will there be a waitlist?
A: Yes, in the event more than 20 people apply, we will create a waitlist. The waitlist will be used in the event someone cancels their registration for this cohort within the first month of the course starting. It will also be used for registrations for the next cohort.
Q: What if I need more support?
A: At an additional cost as determined by the teacher, individual 1x1 sessions are available with Keshavi or Daksa to help support you on this chitta cleanse journey. If at any time you feel the need for more support throughout the course, please reach out to either teacher directly and they will work with you to determine whether an individual session might be helpful.
Q: I am not sure the group setting is for me, are 1x1 sessions available?
A: Yes! 1x1 sessions with Daksa and Keshavi are available at a cost determined by each teacher. If you would prefer to have 1x1 personalized instruction and care, perhaps that is a better avenue than the group setting. Reach out to either teacher directly for more information.
Q: I have issues with using technology, are in-person sessions available?
A: At this time, there are only three CCT facilitators located in the United States (Vedaji, Daksa, and Keshavi). Daksa and Keshavi currently offer 1x1 sessions in the New England area, which could be in-person. They are also considering a future in-person group offering in Connecticut. Facilitators would also like to offer chitta cleanse retreats worldwide in the future, but nothing is currently planned. For now, our only means of getting CCT out to a larger audience outside our immediate vicinity is to offer the course online.
Q: How can I share this with others myself; will there be a chitta cleanse teacher training?
A: The more people who are able to access this life-changing technique, the better. We do plan to offer a CCT teacher training so that more can share the chitta cleanse process with others. While we work to finalize the teacher training course requirements, the first step to being able to share the chitta cleanse process with others is to complete a chitta cleanse yourself. You might notice that we have a few people shadowing this group session; these souls have already gone through a personal chitta cleanse and are shadowing to learn how to share it with others themselves. Facilitators are working to finalize the final steps of the teacher training course requirements and we will get those details out as soon as they are available.
Q: Are you guys making money off this?
A: No, all tuition fees from this Spring 2025 Cohort go directly to the support of Food4Lives operations. Food4Lives is a non-profit organization founded by Vedaji which is dedicated to feeding vegetarian meals to local unhoused and underserved populations in Connecticut, Georgia, and beyond. Your participation in this course is directly impacting the lives of our loving neighbors and friends.
Q: Will we have any fun?
A: While the nature of the chitta cleanse work is to go deep into your subconscious to review previous traumas, this is a course with Vedaji. We are guaranteed to get to know each other deeply and to have a little fun in the process.
